2023 Conway Springs Fall Festival
Welcome! And thank you for your interest in being a vendor for our Fall Festival.
Upon arrival, you will be given a Welcome Packet which includes booth location, festival schedule of events, and Vendor Guidelines.
Please be sure to bring all that you will need to set up your booth including tables, extension cords, chairs, generators etc. Plan for inclement weather.
Setup for craft and vendor booths begins at 7am Saturday morning.
Have your booth ready to receive customers by 9am. Craft show ends at 5pm. Please don't teardown early.
No vehicles are allowed in the exhibit area.
The easiest approach to unload is from Parallel St. Turn north on Cranmer St which will bring you in on the west side of the park. After unloading, please move your vehicle out of the barricaded area unless you have received prior permission to leave your vehicle in the area. GPS address is 104 S Cranmer St. No vehicles will be allowed in the exhibit area after 9am.
Please be patient as everyone will be trying to unload at the same time. If we work together we will get setup and have a positive day!

Food Truck registration is $50/day. Limited electric. Please plan to operate on your own generator.
